ClaimDraft PA is built exclusively for use by licensed public adjusters. Access requires attestation of active PA licensure, license number, and state of licensure at signup, alongside acknowledgment of the platform's professional-use terms.

ClaimDraft PA performs policy-language and claim-document comparison — it identifies discrepancies between carrier estimates and policy terms. It does not provide legal advice, cite statutes or case law, or offer litigation strategy. Findings are a professional support tool, not a legal determination. Adjusters with questions requiring legal interpretation should consult a licensed attorney.
